Tattoo Genie generates original AI tattoo design artwork from text prompts. The output is intended as a design reference. The actual tattooing is performed by a licensed tattoo artist of your choosing. We are not a tattoo studio; we do not perform tattoos.
You have a personal license to use generated artwork — including bringing it to a tattoo artist, printing it, and saving it. The artwork is not exclusive: identical prompts may produce similar results for other users. For commercial reuse beyond your own tattoo (selling prints, using as a brand mark, etc.), please contact us.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple via the App Store. Studio plans renew weekly until canceled. You can cancel from iPhone Settings then your name then Subscriptions. Refunds are at Apple discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do not use Tattoo Genie to generate sexually explicit content, content depicting minors in any concerning way, hateful imagery, or content that infringes on a real artist signature work. We may suspend accounts that misuse the studio.
Tattoo Genie does not provide tattoo aftercare advice, medical advice, or guidance on placement safety. Consult your tattoo artist and a medical professional for health-related questions about tattoos.
Tattoo Genie is provided as-is. We are not liable for tattoos you choose to get based on designs generated in the app, nor for any disputes between you and your tattoo artist. The decision to get a tattoo is yours.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
