Tattoo Genie is built around a simple rule: only collect what is needed to make the studio work, and let you delete it any time.

Device identifier (iOS-issued, anonymous, used to anchor your subscription and your generation history). Country and city, derived from your IP at request time, used for regional language defaults and analytics. Your prompts, generations, and saved designs — stored so you can return to them. App usage events (screen views, taps on key actions) for product analytics.
Your name, email, phone number, address, or Apple ID. Your camera roll or photos — except images you explicitly upload to the studio. Your contacts, calendar, location, microphone, or health data. Tattoo Genie has no social login, no friend graph, no comment section, no ad network.
If you upload a photo to use as reference (for portrait, pet, or cover-up flows), the photo is processed on our servers and stored encrypted. You can delete uploaded photos any time from the app. We do not use uploaded photos to train models. We do not share them with third parties.
Apple handles all payment processing. We never see your credit card or Apple ID. We receive an anonymous subscription receipt from Apple to know whether you are an active subscriber. Subscription cancellations and refunds are managed by Apple.
We use first-party analytics to understand which screens are confusing, where users drop off, and which features get used. Aggregated, no individual targeting. We send anonymized conversion events to Meta (Facebook) for ad attribution if you arrived from a paid ad — these events identify the campaign, not you.
From the app: Settings then Delete account. Your account, generations, uploaded photos, and prompts are erased within 30 days. Subscriptions must be canceled separately in iPhone Settings then your name then Subscriptions.
